• Verification of welders' qualifications

NDT

• Carrying out non-destructive testing with all methods
• Supervision of NDT inspections
• Provision of experienced NDT inspectors
• Verification of NDT reports and results,
• In the near future – endoscopic visual examination of the installation

Piping

• Preparation of Quality documentation for the piping installation
• Management of NDT testing during pipework installation
• Preparation of as built isometric drawings based on actually drawn lines.
• Ensuring full material traceability for piping work (pipes, flanges, valves, etc.)
• Providing Piping Supervisors as a person leading welding and assembly works
• Performing pressure tests and documenting the results

Project QA/QC

• Coordination of work of the sub-suppliers in order to achieve the quality required by the customer
• Continuous improvement of production processes, identification of weaknesses and threats to the success of the project, supervision of non-conformities
• Supervision of the project stages in relation to EN 1090

Documentation

Preparation of Quality documentation that meets customer requirements, Quality documentation review:

• material certificates
• supplier approvals, certificates,
• Inspection personnel certificates
• NDT reports,
• corrosion protection reports

Expediting

• Subcontractors audits, verification of certifications, approvals and production capacity,
• Supervision of the quality and timely deliveries of logistical processes
• Inspection of goods delivered to the construction site (quality, quantity, certificates)
